The Master Suite is a large private unit, with a dedicated dressing room, private lounge, en-suite double vanity and double shower bathroom, dressing room and separate toilet. Luxuriously appointed with underfloor heating, Netflix, beverage station with exclusive teas and Nespresso machine.

The Loft Suite is a family unit, with a lounge for 4, two bedrooms, full double vanity bathroom and separate toilet. Tastefully decorated and luxuriously appointed with lovely views, under-floor heating in the bedrooms, and Netflix.  A beverage station with exclusive Teas and a Nespresso machine.

Room 2: Single XL x 2 (not combinable)
Families: This room can be combined via an interleading door with the Master Suite.

The Garden Suite is a luxurious en-suite unit on the ground floor with a queen extra length bed, and a dual vanity bathroom with a large bath and shower. Lovely garden views and private entrance. Underfloor heating, TV, Netflix, WiFi, DVD player, exclusive teas and Nespresso machine.

Rooming Options:
Queen XL bed, full ensuite.
Families: This room can be combined via an interleading door with the Cove Suite.

The Cove Suite is tastefully decorated and well appointed ground floor unit, consisting of a lounge for two, and bedroom (queen bed) with a dedicated off-suite shower-only bathroom. Underfloor heating, 48 inch LED TV, Netflix, DVD player, exclusive teas and Nespresso machine.

Queen XL bed, ensuite (shower only).
Families: This room can be combined via an interleading door with the Garden Suite.

Because some of our suites have interleading doors, we are able to offer the following combinations to accommodate families:

Loft + Master Suites (8 pax)
1 King XL Bed, 1 Queen XL Bed, 2 Single XL Beds, 1 Dbl fold-out sofa (kids up to 15). 2 Bathrooms & 2 Lounge areas
Garden + Cove Suites (4 pax)
2 Queen XL Beds, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Lounge.

The entire home can also be booked for fantastic family holidays and group get-togethers. In this case access is provided to the central open-plan area which includes the lounge, dining room, kitchen and scullery, as well as the barbecue facilities.  This works particularly well since all rooms still have their own access allowing everyone the freedom to come and go as they please. The lovely patio is a great spot to enjoy a glass glass of wine while absorbing the garden and keeping an eye over the little ones on the jungle-gym.

The adjoinging Browns’ Cottage Suites, can also be booked to increase the capacity to 20 pax (plus floor mattrasses for little ones if needed).

A refundable breakage deposit is required for Holiday Home bookings, and a daily cleaning fee is levied.
